Aimee Rochford

"I decided to join Seymour House as I wanted to further explore a career within a Nursery setting and had heard that Seymour House offer quality career progression pathways. I quickly progressed to a Senior Early Years Educator and hope to see my career develop steadily towards leadership as I follow the management pathway.

I adore my job working in a Nursery Class with 26 children is a challenge at times but very fulfilling. I mostly enjoy supporting the children as they make that difficult transition into Primary School and watching them flourish and become more independent throughout the year. It is wonderful to watch them build close friendships with their peers, write their names for the first time and get ready into their P.E kits independently. Sharing these moments with the children fills me with pride and a sense of achievement that I am doing the best I can to support the children as they embark on their school career."
