Working with children is demanding, but the rewards are great. You’ll have the potential to change lives, watch children grow and share in their achievements. Working with children involves working with parents and helping them too.

Our nurseries are sociable places to work – there is a good team atmosphere. You will have the support of your colleagues and the camaraderie that teamwork brings. Work should be fun and being part of the team means there is always lots going on whether it be taking part in one of our themed weeks or an evening out after work. But we don’t leave it all up to you – there are company events too such as team Christmas outing, length of service dinners, celebratory evenings and events.
