Nursery Manager
Holly WilkinsonI am very passionate about providing outstanding care and learning opportunities for children. Since I finished my BA hons degree in Early Childhood Studies, I have continued to give the children the best start in learning and developing. I have over 10 years’ experience in childcare, from working as an educator in Nurseries, to a private nanny, and being a Senior Educator at Seymour House.
I am proud to be supporting a team of beyond brilliant educators to encourage them to demonstrate our values. I am excited to welcome our families into our Broomfield Hospital Nursery and look forward to getting to know you all and ensure your child has the best start in their early years.
I am the nurseries Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Head of Early Years Practice
Emma LambertI have worked in early years education for 18 years and have a BA Honours degree in Working with Children and their Families in the Early Years. I have worked in a range of settings, including schools and Family Solutions. My passion for Early years Education was sparked when I became a mum in 2006. I have a passion for Inclusive and reflective practice, parent partnership and high-quality collaborative teaching, enabling our next generation to become confident and passionate learners. I truly believe with the right education, children can grow to become anything that want, they just need the right team around them to make it happen. I am passionate about mentoring educators to encompass the values that providing children with the best start in life.
I am the nurseries SENCo.
Our Early Years Educators
Our Early Years Educators are outstanding fountains of knowledge, with a wide range of experience and qualifications. They ensure children’s individual needs are met, provide quality care and educational opportunities, and create an enriched learning environment where children thrive.
Our Apprentices
Our Apprentices, with the support and knowledge from our Nursery Leadership Team, continuously improve, embed and practice outstanding care and education across the nursery whilst continuing their studies through our Seymour House Apprentice Academy.
Nursery Food Champion
Our Nursery Food Champion supports our team in delivering food education to the children through cooking, planting in our kitchen garden, and understanding where our food comes from. They also work with Nursery Kitchen to provide healthy and balanced meals for our children throughout the day.
