At our Springfield Road Day Nursery School, Chelmsford, we pride ourselves on providing our children with secure foundations for future learning.

Springfield Road Day Nursery School is situated in a beautiful converted Victorian house in the heart of Chelmsford close to local transport links. Advantage is taken of the buildings nooks and crannies to create communication friendly spaces and inviting areas of continuous provision, complimented by a spacious outdoor classroom. Our vibrant and homely outstanding day nursery school provides care for children aged between 3 months and 5 years. At Springfield Road Day Nursery School, Chelmsford we offer high quality care and education through a personalised, fun, play based approach inline with the EYFS. 

Letters and sounds, music and movement sessions, song and rhyme times, alongside visits from outside agencies including the fire service and horticultural society ensure our children are fully prepared for school life. Our Springfield Road Nursery has well established links with local schools which supports the transition process, with Reception teachers from local schools visiting for story times.

We were inspected by Ofsted in 2014 and judged to be outstanding in all areas.  We were awarded Education Business of the Year at the Education Investor Awards 2015.
